Cancellation Policy

- Payment Due at Registration: All fees must be paid in full at the time of online registration. We do not accept in-person payments on the day of class. -Proof of Purchase Required: Please bring a copy of your payment confirmation or receipt to class as proof of registration. -Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may reschedule for a future date using your initial payment. -Required Course Materials: If the BLS Provider Manual or eBook is required for your class, you must bring it with you. -Book Availability: Course manuals and eBooks are not available for purchase at the time of class. Please ensure you have obtained the required materials in advance.
