An AED is a machine used in resuscitation of cardiac arrest victims. Be prepared to adequately respond to a cardiac arrest victim. Early CPR and AED'S significantly improve the liklihood of survival for cardiac arrest victims.
All healthcare facilities, locations with high volume occupancy and individuals with history of cardiac arrest should consider purchasing an in-home AED model.
